Q: How can I meet with Dr. Williams?
At this time, Dr. Williams is not accepting any one-on-one counseling sessions. We are currently in the process of establishing our new counseling team that will be able to assist you more effectively.
Q: What denomination or affiliation does New Jerusalem Cathedral belong to?
A: Our church is non denominational.
Q: Do you provide transportation to services?
A: Yes, transportation is available for each of our weekly services except Sunday at 7am. The transportation number is (336) 370-8589. Requests must be made no less than 2 hours prior to the service. The area covered is Greensboro.
Q: Do you give emergency assistance with food, utilities, shelter or clothing?
A: We do not handle that within the office but the ministry has an agency within the church called TP180 that provides resources for individuals in need. The direct number is (336) 272-1520.
Q: Do you rent our your facility for weddings, funerals, event?
A: Our members have access to the church for weddings, funerals and events, at no charge. It is based on scheduling and availability and must be approved by the Church Office. Non-members may also utilize the facility and grounds, for a nominal fee, proper documentation submission and approval by Church Office. An event/announcement form can be obtained here.
Q: How can I keep up with events going on at the church?
A: Our church calendar is the best source for remaining informed about upcoming events. It can be accessed on our website on the events page.
Q: Do you have to be a member to participate in any of the church ministries?
A: Yes, you must join as a member to participate in serving on a church ministry and begin attending new member classes. Completion of new member’s class is not a requirement, but it is strongly encouraged. We also ask that anyone who has a heart for service and ministry to come to our monthly ministry meeting on 4th/5th Monday nights at 7pm to learn about the ministry’s requirements and expectations.
